BFN - when will I have a blood test?

Hi all,

Just did my test following our first cycle of IVF and got a negative, which we were totally prepared for.

I don't know what to do about work. I start at 8am, but our clinic doesn't open until 9. Will I have a blood test today?

Not sure whether to phone in sick, but don't want to take the day off if the blood test won't be until tomorrow, therefore needing two days off.

Our clinic isn't great at giving much information away!

Different clinics do things slightly differently.

I would guess if it’s OTD today, then they would do the blood test today?

My clinics only do the home pregnancy test and no bloods.

If you drive to work, could you call work and say that you are having car troubles this morning??

Thanks - I've phoned in sick for today, and just said I'll let them know later today whether or not I'll be in tomorrow.

I reckon a glass of wine is in order tonight x
