I’ve got my follow up appointment this week after having a miscarriage at 6 weeks on my 2nd fet.
What sort of questions should I be asking?
The Epu picked up that my progesterone was low so I will be asking about that, I was on one lubion injection a day as I started to bleed before otd with first fet.
I’ve only had the standard tests for ivf.

So sorry to hear about your miscarriage; IVF is such a hard journey. When I had a failed fresh transfer I contacted one of the admins here (I think it was Diane Arnold) and she very kindly sent me a list of standard follow up questions to ask. She might be able to help you. Hope the appointment goes well and you can start to plan your next steps xx
1) Enquire about the thickness of your lining before they did the transfer - was it too thin?
2) Quality of embryos?
3) Do you/ could you have a problem with your thyroid (I did and I had 2 mc and 3 failed transfers. Maybe they could do a blood test to rule this and antibodies out).
4) Should you be on cyclogest (progesterone) in addition to the lubion injections.
5) What are THEY going to do diff if it has failed once before - do you need a higher dose or drugs or a longer cycle before transfer?
Wishing you all the best. My experience is, more often then none they say "it was just one of those things" and leave you with nothing. Do something different next time or poss of same outcome. Wishing you all the best. The thyroid test and antibodies was a real game changer for me personally. I was put on a cycle of steriods to suppress them and stop them destroying embryo. Best wishes x
