Antibiotics during FET

I've come down with a chest and ear infection and been prescribed antibiotics. My GP had no clue if these will be ok to take during the down reg and Progynova phase of FET. Could ring my clinic but they're so hard to get through to so thought I'd try here first. Anybody else taken antibiotics during FET?

Yes, I was on cefurozime 500mg prior transfer and I was told to continue even after ET until I completed the dose.

I was on antibiotics after EC and continued the course until after ET. I did check with my clinic that they would be safe to take in pregnancy though x
