Egg collection - round 2! 😀🤞🐣

Hi lovely ladies. I have just heard from the clinic and I need to do my trigger injection at 9.30pm tonight. My egg collection will be on Thursday morning. Excited and nervous all at the same. Overall I have more follicles this time (hopefully the DHEA has helped) and around five that were of a good size (over the line) at my scan today. Fingers crossed we get some precious Easter eggs we can freeze. 🤞🐣Wishing you all lots of luck and baby dust on your journeys. Thank you for all your support. Xx

Thank you for your kind message. Yes my clinic recommended I took DHEA. I started taking it about two months ago. My clinic prescribed it but we had to pay for it as it is not included in our NHS funded treatment. Happy to answer any questions you have about it. Xx

My egg collection went well yesterday and we got six special Easter eggs this time which is two more than I got last time. Nervously waiting for our update call now. Keeping every crossed that some will have fertilised. 🤞🙏

Feeling okay so far apart from a bit crampy and slightly headachey. Just trying to stay really hydrated this time as I got an awful headache a couple of days after last time which lasted for two days.

Hi lovely ladies. The clinic finally called at around 1.45pm today (been nervously waiting by the phone since 7am!) and we found out that of our six eggs, two have fertilised - yay! We get our next update on Sunday before they freeze them. Fingers crossed they both survive till then and continue to do well. Thank you for all your kind and thoughtful messages. ☺️🤗🤞🐣 xxx
