Been on burserlin 17days with out a bleed and lining is 11.2 pls help

Hi i was wondering if anyone has been in the same boat as me.. ive been on burserlin 17days still not had a bleed so cliniv wanted to scan me to see whats going of.. ovaries are quiet but my lining is way to thick 11.2 they want me back on friday for another scan and saif they might have to give me tablets to bring a bleed on and have warned me that when i do bleed its going to be quite alot and stock up on painkillers.. im scared i wont bleed at all and i will have to stop all together

I hope so this is my 1st go and only go as i wont be able to find the money to do it all over again im so worried that its all going to get cancelled.. ive never heard of anyone having 11.2 lining ive asked friends i know whos done ivf ive gone on so many things on line and cant find anyone anywere xx

Endometrial thickness varies from person to person....some ladies have thicker linings than other....mine is never very thick but most people won't have any idea especially if they've never done treatment and had their measured. Are you on the injections? I did the nasal spray and it didn't work for me but the injections did. I'm aure your clinic have encountered this before and will know what to do!!xx

I didnt bleed an awful lot before my lining thinned out (apparently some can be reabsorbed into the body) so hopefully that will be the same for you....mine was super painful too, not sure if that's because its a medicine induced bleed. Good luck for your next scan.xx

It was so painfull yesterday all i did was cry on the sofa with hot water bottle i normally have heavy painfull periods with a lot of clots but it was heavy yesterday and now slowed right down but not clots praying for a thin lining xx sorry for your loss but really happy that you doner has started treatment fingers crossed for you and send a lot of love xx

I havent had painful periods since I was a teenager before I was on the pill but boy was that a crappy one with the down regulation. Hope you're feeling a little better today!xx

Hope everything is going well, they are going to scan me tomorrow instead of my postponed date of the 10th to see what's going on I'm guessing I will be in a similar boat to you, hope everything goes well for Friday, they will sort it don't worry x

Hi hun im getting pink when i wipe no period blood if you understand.. im back on friday they said they will scan me and if still not come on will give me tablets to bring me on i was hoping that the pink would turn to red and id have a period but no its not happing.. are you on burserelin? If so how many days? Good luck for tomorrow xx

Hey so scan today showed lining was 8.8 however they did say this was good for when they implant the egg so your thick lining isn't all bad you have a better chance with a nice thick lining so that's a positive. They said left ovary was quiet but right looks as though it just ovulated so they have given me injections and will scan me again on Wednesday funnily enough though think it was putting my mind at ease I haven't even taken my 1st injection and I have signs of a bleed now so relived so going to call them again in the morning. Let me know how you get on tomorrow x

Hi hun there was no need fpr scan today as i came on yesterday early hour of the morning and wow it was painful yesterday but today its slowed right down and and the pains gone ive got a scan now next thursday praying its thin enough but i dont think it will be xx what injection have the put you on? Is that to bromg a bleed on? How long do you have to take them for what have they said going to happen if your ovarys havmy shut down ? Our bodys dont ever want to do what we need them to pain in the arse lol as long as we all get there in the end its just upsetting when its 1 thing afher another... im feeling very sick today dont no if its a bug or cuz ive come on or injections x

Just buserelin same as the nasal spray they said I might just not be reacting to the nasal spray, got scan on Tuesday now seeing as though I've started my bleed hopefully they will have shut down by then and I can start stims x

Fingers crossed they have and you can move forward to the stims..x my bleeding has slowed right down im normally really heavy and not in any pain today this is defo not like my normal period these bloody drugs dont half mess about with our bodies.. will they still need to scan you tuesday or will they book you in later now your bleeding? Xx

Hey really good thanks went for scan and lining was 3.5 start stims tonight so really happy I've just read your last post and so happy everything is good for you too looks like we will be going through this similar times its nice to have a buddy lol x

Yes it defo is really happy for you.. its such a good feeling knowing you can move on to stims dont you think? X well i did my 1st menopur injection last night got a horrible taste and woke up feeling really sick but hey its worth it x

Quick update been for scan today was worried as only had 2days of heavy bleeding the rest was light and wow what a shock my body has done what iy needed to and my linning is 2.3 can not put in to words how happy i am i start stims tonight and back for a scan on thusday the 18th xx thank you everyone x

P.s my lining wasnt 11.2 it was really 15.2 the lady scaning me had to check 3times and said it must off all come at once xx
