Hiya, I am new on here. I started taking CoQ10 300mg in January 2019 in the vain hope that they may help with my fertility. However, last month I noticed my menstrual cycle became completely out of whack. I also had spotting in between which is rare for me, even while on my varied months (on and off) of IVF treatment.
It is hard to pin point whether it is the CoQ10 tablets because the IVF treatment does make your period timings change but they usually stabilise after a month or two in my case. I noticed a review for these tablets by a lady on amazon who said the exact same thing. Has anyone noticed similar symptoms while taking these supplements?
