Good luck with your cycle, I hope it works out for you. It’s tough going but we’re very fortunate to have the options of interventions that we do.

I can understand how difficult it can get after a certain point. However, I am glad that you didn't give up. It's so important to keep trying. I hope this cycle works out for you. Make sure to take care of your diet. A good diet can make a huge difference. You can also opt for acupuncture as that really helps a lot of people. Lastly, think about considering yoga.

I do some yoga at home but have just found some classes I’m going to try out. I had a PT session at my gym as well with a trainer who has supported people during pregnancy and after, he’s made up a programme for me to follow that’s very low impact and low intensity. I’ve found this really beneficial for my moods and stress levels. I haven’t tried acupuncture so I’ll look into that! Diet wise I’m not terrible, I find a lot of the advice confusing as it’s very contradictory and not often clear whether the sources are reliable and evidence based.
