Hi everyone, my name is Jess, I'm 29 and currently going through 1st IVF cycle. I have PCOS and my partner and I have been trying for 3 years. I am currently on stims - menopur, having progress scans this week, egg collection scheduled for Monday 2nd Dec. Is anyone else currently at a similar stage?

Hi there I'm 28 and also on my first ivf now had my 2 embryos implanted 6 days ago its very scary you don't what's going on inside you good luck

Hi, oh fingers crossed. Are taking Clomid atm?

No, I took clomid last month and it didn't help as I ovulate on my own. Also, I have no insurance coverage so my dr agreed to let us skip the medicated iuis and go to ivf. I was pregnant I march from my first unmediated iui but unfortunately It ended with a blighted ovum. I have been doing unmedicated iuis since july because my husband has an issue. This is so overwhelming. How are you feeling?

Oh, I am so sorry to hear that, must have been a very difficult time for you. I am feeling ok at the moment, got my final progress scan on Friday, then due to have egg collection on Monday. Feeling very heavy!! So what's next for you, when have they recommended you do a pregnancy test?

Sorry, I just saw your reply. I got my period so this is my last cycle before Ivf! How was your scan yesterday? Only 2 days before your retrieval!

Will keep you posted the docter said its better to put 2 in of the does not make it we have 2 lol so I hope it works going for blood test in 5 days time but I'm stressing not feeling anything yet

Hi Jess,

I am on day 8 of stimulation and scan tomorrow to see how things are progressing.... it is rather scary and apprehensive but hopefull. I am on a short cycle so hoping for some good news tomorrow...

When is your scan? good luck with it all.

Hiya, thank you, I have got my scan tomorrow too, hopefully it will show that I'm ready for the egg collection on Monday. Is your egg collection due for Monday too? Good luck x
