Oh is this the start

Day 7 after 5 day transfer and this afternoon I’ve noticed brown discharge when I wipe!! I had this with my first transfer but it started on day 8 and ended in a chemical!!

I’m trying not to worry to much and we’ll just hope for the best xxx 🙈

Hi there, brown discharge is always better than bright red. So that is a good thing, as for the 1st attempt that was a complete different cycle so try not to compare. Bleeding is very common in early pregnancy but because the sight of blood is so worrying I totally understand where your coming from. Your clinic will most likely tell you to call if it gets worse but brown discharge is nothing to worry about, they will just advise you to do your test on your allocated date. I have every faith that you will be just fine. I guess when we want something so bad we worry about every little thing. Try not to stress to much, you will be just fine.x

Been having back pains too today!

Hey try not to worry too much. It’s normal to have some discharge/bleeding.

I know it’s difficult but try occupy your mind, and relax too.

I had a little brown just before 6w told midwife today she asked if i had took another pregnancy test after which I had as I’m so paranoid we’ll mc again.

Super stressful I’ve got a scan on Friday even that I’m petrified just the knowing either way what’s happening.

It's so hard isn't it.

I think I read on your other post that you were already on quite high progesterone?

If you're getting a lot of cramping and discharge it's usually worth discussing upping your progesterone slightly.

Otherwise I'm sure you know the drill and as others have said. Brown better than red, could be implantation bleeding or side effects of progesterone 🤣

Doesn't matter how many times we say it's difficult to stay calm.

I guess a better way to see it is- if it does become a chemical again you are a little more prepared because you had warning signs ? Equally if it is a BFP then the surprise is even sweeter 😊

We can't do anything to change the outcome but maybe we can change our mindset to help us cope.

I will have to save this post and remind myself for my tww starting TMRW !

I’m on them twice a day! Not sure if that is a high dose or not!!

It seems to have gone now but we’ll see what tomorrow brings!!

Yes it was definitely brown and no red in sight so I’ll take that as a good thing!

AHH ok sounds like 800mg/day

You could go up to 3/day but your symptoms do seem quite mild and common so wouldn't worry x

Yeah that’s right cause there 400mg each!!

Think I’ll leave it the same for now and see how I get on tomorrow! If it comes back I’ll phone the clinic xxx

Please don’t feel that this is the end yet! I had this and went on to get my BFP. It really can be a good sign especially at this stage.

Literally could have posted this myself! Same day as you 7dp5det and my spotting started yesterday and got some cramping and general discomfort too but only when I wipe not on a pad. Have everything crossed for both of us xxxx

Probably every third wipe!? I was hoping it would stop by now. I’m weeing for England and have sore boobs. I have cheated and tested and got a BFP but am worried like you say about a chemical so am trying to ignore the BFP because i am really worried about being heartbroken again xx

Yeah I’m weeing for England too, arghhh have you, I’m too scared too big might test Saturday so just a day early!!!

I’m really hoping we don’t have the same outcome as our first transfer!!

Day 6 after 5 day transfer I had first very light pink discharge only when I wipe and then later on that day I had light brown only when I wipe. That last only one day . I think that must of been implantation. When come day to do test I was 100% sure I’m gonna have period because that the pain I had all night ...but turns out that we was pregnant ☺️ My little princess is almost 19 months now 🥰 Fingers cross for u Hun and just stay positive that may be a good sign xx
