Lovelies, further to my news this morning, I’ve started to cramp really bad and bleed about an hour ago. I’m in bed trying not to worry, watching comedy shows but I’m terrified right now. Consultant telling me to relax and hopefully it will pass. I’ve just taken more progesterone. Please please please let this not be the end........

Yes I did and the consultant commented on some minor bleeding she spotted on the scan. I so hope it will pass.

I am sure it will lovely, definitely rest up. It would be very unusual to go from heartbeats this morning to panic this afternoon. I am sure its part scan and partly that bleeding coming away. I have loads of friends who bled in early pregnancy (particularly when carrying twins) and all was well long term.. and they all have bouncing babies. Take it steady and wishing you luck xx

Omg Jengi....noooo What a bloody worry! My heart goes out to you however I do know that especially with twins you can get more bleeding than with one. Really hoping all is ok, glad you've hopped into bed. Can you up your progesterone?xxx

I've got my fingers, toes...literally everything crossed. I'm sure will be ok, just rest up and if you are working try to get signed off. I cycled with a girl that had horrific bleeding and passed clots and she has a little one now. Massive hugs, you must be out of your head with worry.xxx

Terrified is the word I would use. Trying to stay calm and relaxed, I just keep repeating those words. I’m not religious but my mum is, we only told her this morning and have had to text her & ask her to cash in some favour with Mr God, they are best buddies, so who knows! Xx

Im sorry babes, that is crap. But sounds like you're on it with the right things, relaxing and getting some great reassurance here - so many people bleed in early pregnancy. All the positive love to you xx

Try not to worry I had a bleed with the twins at 5w2d and bright red blood for several hours I went to epu had blood test and cervix check all were good and then I did a progesterone injection that night and was fine after than when I had my 7w scan and they said it was twins she said she could still see blood there and expect another bleed but I never got one so hang in there xxx

So sorry this has happened after such a positive morning. But like others have said, it could easily be a bit of bleeding aggravated by the ultrasound and also bleeding unfortunately is so common in early pregnancy (why the hell cant anything on this journey just be straight forward?!). Rest up lovely. I’ll be sending all my positive vibes your way. Take care xxxx

I had cramps and bleeding on and off when I was pregnant. Now have two beautiful twins. I think you tend to bleed more with twins..also progestone pessaries used to irrate my cervix. Cause bleeding. So I ended up using them via the back passage which really helped. Xxx

I do a vaginal gel in the morning and progesterone tablets 200mg at lunch and in the evening. Fingers crossed it will ease Xx

oh and I recall after my 6 week scan I had quite a bleed it calmed down after a few hours xxx

Good shout! Hopefully the cramps are just after the scan and everything will settle down. I had bad cramps yesterday after my scan and felt it was over but not as bad today . Hoping fir the best as you rest and giggle and Ross and Chandler 😘💐💖

Jengi! Right there with you. I had a crazy bleed last night. At the scan today all was still fine. Apparently it is really common, esp with ivf pregnancies. I have read a bazillion studies today so feel free to message me if you want some bleeding pregnant buddy support 🤗
