Change of medication

Hi everyone

I am currently on my 2nd round of icsi, I’ve been taking buserelin for a week and started with my stimulation medication yesterday but my consultant has decided to change me to gonal F rather than menopour that I used through the first round. It seems a lot easier rather than mixing up the meds but just wondered what your experiences were with gonal F and what side effects I will experience.

Hi staceymac. Try not to worry about the changeover. All done for good reason I'm sure. Still a good choice of drug, so trust your specialist and let's hope you get a positive result. Good luck! Diane
