Cyclogest issues

Hi I have been taking my cyclogest rectally this time after follow insertion advice of this site

Last night I did the pessary before bed but about 15 mins later I got up to go to the loo (no 1)

This morning I noticed 3 white blobs of residue in the toilet and now I’m worried I’ve not had enough cyclogest last night😳

I’ve obviously continued as normal but dies any one know what effect this will have?

As far as I know I have no issues it seems my clinic instructs cyclogest until 13 weeks as matter of course

I’m 4dpt6dt and have never seen those two little lines 😰

Hi this is really normal - it will be the waxy shell of the pessary rather than the progesterone itself.

They say it takes 15-20 mins to absorb so you should be fine, try not to worry - worry and stress won’t help during your 2ww

It didn’t look much (esp compared to mess from doing it vaginally last time 😱!) but it just panicked me

I’m having a completely different experience this time lol

It’s sooo much easier rectally although I found it a bit weird at first!! Definitely the best way! x
