endometrium lining

On week two and my lining still not thick enough for transfer proposed for Monday. Currently 6mm, i am on estrogen and the doc is adding Viagra. Apparently Viagra though controversial helps thicken the lining as it encourages blood flow to help increase lining

I had lots of troubles thickening my lining. Try hot baths, hot water bottles. Vitamin E and L'arginine supplements. Drink milk, eat protein and try some walking to get the blood flowing. I've tried it all!! Best of luck & feel free to look back some of my old posts which I've asked the same question and has advice too.xx

Lots of vitamin e and also red raspberry leaf tea is highly recommend. I had the same issue with lining..delayed things by about a week but got there in the end.
