'Newbie!!!' Help me Please. Which Clinic To Choose and Statistics Please?
Hi i was diagnosed with Endometriosis 8 years ago. I have had 2 laps to which i was promised both times endo would be removed if they could. The first time they said there were worried about leaving me with scar tissue as i was young and the second time they were shocked to see it had progressed and spread to lots more organs and now stage 4 and covering both ovaries, the surgery was too risky so again it was left. So after trying for a baby for 3 years i have now been accepted for NHS IVF. We have been allocated to Exeter Fertility centre as it is closest to me, i live in west somerset. I have been checking out the reviews and am a bit worried ! One of the reviews posted in 2016 have shown the results below. With my Endometriosis problems as well Exeter is not looking to be a very healthy option. My consultant who has been with me from the start works for Exeter so i am a bit worried i have not been told this information due to 'favouritism'? does anyone have any up to statistics, as it may of improved since 2016. I have been on the HFEA website but i cant find them. I am starting to panic as i do not want to waste my first and only chance of IVF if i could travel a bit further. Please see below. Thanks in advance Charlotte.
