Woke up after an afternoon nap to bright red blood and a lot of cramping. Fertility said they will get me in for a scan tomorrow but I’m going to A&E see if they can see me. I don’t know how much more of this I can actually take! Devastated and drained is an understatement.
The hospital have said it is quite common for women to bleed and that there isn’t enough blood for them to worry about immediately. There isn’t enough to soak a pad and was only seen when I wipe. They checked my tummy and said it feels normal. The cramping has stopped and the bleed is turning dark brown. Continued with the pessaries and will be going in tomorrow for a internal. Thank you for all your messages, means a lot. This is a cruel journey. Xx

Oh goodness I’m so sorry to hear this. Been there myself last year. 😢
Lots of women bleed in early pregnancy and their baby is fine, I bled at 7 weeks with my son & my sister bled at 5 weeks and my niece is fine.
Really hope the scan can provide you with the reassurance you need xoxo

I really hope so. I’m just waiting for my partner to take me to A&E. I’ve never felt more destroyed in my life.

Actually for both of us - I have an US appointment next Wednesday as well - but ok, I'm bleeding now "since forever", luckily without cramping so far..
