Well I woke up this morning to a massive bleed and cramping. Went to A&E who refused to give me an ultrasound has its 2 early to see anything however they did an examination and said my cervix were closed and that it's a good sign. I don't feel good abt it I've lost all my symptoms and still go cramping. Came home rang my hospital who said ive got to go tmoz for bloods but I'm not holding much hope.

Why don't u go to ur clinic directly they should do a scan immediately

I'm not sure why my clinic won't scan me there doing bloods instead. The amount of blood I've lost ova the past 24hr I'm sure I'm out. Thanks tiger-cub

It's not over yet,as hard as it is to stay positive the cervix being closed is a hood thing. I bled a lot during my pregnancy,it finally stopped at week 20. my baby will be one in 2 weeks. sending you lots of positive thoughts. x

Thanks stroud77 wish I had your faith I've lost it now to be honest. I wish I could get a scan just to know but my clinic want to do bloods instead.

Does your hospital have an early pregnancy assessment service? That's where I went and insisted on scan. x

I'm having a scan in the morning I've just spoken to my clinic. I'm 6bwks tmoz so she advised me to have a scan instead. At least now I've only on there 24hrs to go then I'll find out for sure.

Thanks everyone for your kind words and support. I'm having bloods done over the next couple of days but I'm not holding much hope. I've lost so much blood and symptoms well I've not got any. It's so hard to deal with as I really thought it was my time. I'm not sure what's next for me I just know I need to take time out to get over this. I'm so sorry to hear this. I was there a few weeks ago ago just waiting while your bleeding Is just torture. I'm so sorry to read you are going through this. Apparently they can't scan you until your 6 weeks as they wont see anything so I got my bloods done then again in 2 days to check your levels. They did scan me then when I was just under 6. I hope you get some answers soon xxx

It really really is, remember thinking that I wouldn't have wished it on my worst enemy. I'm hoping you have some clarity after scan Tom. Together with that and your blood results they should have a clearer picture , will be thinking of you X

I really feel for you. I had heavy bleeding and cramps just after 6 weeks. Its just so tough to go through after all the stress of IVF.

My friend had a massive bleed and thought everything was over . After 3 months she was on a tour and was always exhausted and found out she's was pregnant. She went back to the clinic they charted and said it was d same cycle. Now she's 3 years old

She always tells me to not loose hope
