Am planning to do my ivf abroad by June I have booked my holiday but am worried my period will late ! i had taken provera before for the same reason but not for ivf
Am taking contraceptive pills to regulate my period but it's always come either on time or later , now I have booked my annual leave can't afford any delay
Would this effect my egg quality and my egg numbers
Am doing weekly acupuncture to regulate my period am still waiting to see the result
Any advise especially if any one has experience with this matter
One last thing any herbal remedies I can take might help

Hi lovely I really don’t know the answers but I had to take tablets to induce my period then my clinic wanted me to take the pill for one month. Not sure if that would be the same for you just wanted to let you know for your timing. Maybe just timing your pill is best. In terms of quality of eggs best check with your clinic. Good luckxxx
Hi LadyMM. You need to check with your clinic before altering/adding any medication to what has been prescribed. Also, be careful with herbal remedies as they can interact with conventional drugs. Best to ask. Good luck and I do hope it all works out OK. Diane
