Hi ladies, so, just got home from lap and some great news. Only 1 tube removed partially removed..... my left tube is fine... apart from saying ‘flat mucosa’ and it has a ? Next to this comment. Uterus cavity looks all good.... so does this mean i could try naturally now the hydrosalpinx has gone and i have one functional tube. My discharging nurse was sooo lovely and she told me she had twins with ivf as she had blocked tubes.... so my follow up is in 4 weeks and to be honest i am over the moon.... never been so happy.... long road ahead but i feel as if i will get the longed for bfp very soon!! Fab news hun. I had both tubes removed and have gorgeous identical twin girls who are now 18 months old through ivf. Wishing you lots of luck on your journey x

Hi destiny21. Should have read this post first! I would think that you would be good to try naturally. You’ve got rid of the “nasty” tube, and hopefully the other one will start to lubricate ok. Always worth a try. Good luck! Diane
