Sunshine after the rain. Brilliant appointment with our fertility doctor 😊

Hi everyone.

Long post warning!

So we discussed everything that has happened since we last met- I asked him “ how long have you got!!” He said “ carry on”! Said the first laparoscopy diagnosis and treatment of endo, I conceived the first cycle afterwards, we lost our precious baby at 4 and half weeks💔, the endo symptoms returning, the scan he ordered the fact he indicated an issue on my scan and refered me to a gynaecologist, who I saw January and decided a laparoscopy, hysteroscopy and biopsy. So I had this surgery last Friday- endo back and removed.

I quizzed him over my surgery because i saw the consultant on my own after anaesthetic! Anyway I blame the anaesthetic and morphine because there is no spots of endo in my uterus and it was just on my bowels! Opps!!!! 🤣 I told my hubby he should’ve been there 🤣🤣🤣

He’s referring me to a endo specialist- someone he knows very well and sees regularly ! 😀 Good result 🙌🏻

I don’t need a colorectal specialist as this endo specialist will do a lap and will have a bowel specialist on hand 😊

He says although my endo isnt severe it does tend to recur quickly- i seem the best more prone to period blood flowing back and implanting well- I wish it was a pregnancy!

But he is encouraged by our positive test in July and thinks we should try again. I asked about the miscarriage risk with my endo and he says no higher than other woman.

The pkan is- we ttc a few months, maybe try clomid again, see endo specialist if nothings happening, have a lap with endo specialist, try again, if nothing still see our fertility doctor and it’s IVF.

He cuddled me and kissed my cheek and said “ all the best my darling “ and shook olis hand and said “ good luck superman!” ( Oli was wearing superman tshirt)

For the first time since I lost my baby I feel happy and at peace.
