CoEnzyme Q10 200mg tablets

Hi everyone, is anyone been advised to take these to help with IVF fertiylity!? If so how many 200mg tablets are you taking per day!? I think I have been advised to take 2 x 200mg twice per day 😏 Thank you in advance 😊

I took ubiquinol which is the more easily absorbed form of this nutrient. I took one 300mg capsule per day. I had 2 more eggs this time so not a massive change, and fertilisation rate wasn’t any better but so far (day 3) our embryos are a better grade than last round.

I'm also taking the Ubiquinol form, 3 x 100mg a day. The standard form is fine to take but as it is not so easily absorbed you may need to take more, that's probably why you have been advised 2 x 200mg.

My fertility dr told me to take coenzyme q10 600mg daily.

I too have read 600mg a day. I’m taking this recommended dosage. We shall see if it makes a difference. Good luck to you
