Pre conception vitamins

What do you all suggest being the best for you? I’ve used Pregnacare but I’ve read some good things about Seven Seas....

Also same for Men? My partner struggles with swallowing tablets and he uses the pregnacare for men but the tablets are huge...

Hi, I've used pregnacare from the start but yes have heard that seven seas are just as good and certainly cheaper. But you sort of get used to the same brand and the superstitious person in me didn't want to switch Good luck! x

I have used Thorne Prenatals for a while, if your husband doesn’t like tablets, maybe he can try Proxeed - powder in sachets.

We’ve been taking the male and female Pregnacare Conception multivitamins for the past four years! They are expensive but I’d be afraid to switch to something else now. I haven’t heard anything about the seven seas equivalent. You can probably find the “ingredients” for both online.

I agree the pregnacare tablets are very big in size and I found if I don’t take mine with my dinner it makes me nauseous 🤢

My hubbie objected to the pregnacare for men too. He now takes condensyl but it’s really expensive. It was recommended by the clinic though so he does it.
