Pregnacare before conception tablets and other vitamins

Any suggestions on having some vitamins before FET. I will have my FET in next two months. I am already taking pregnacare tablets.

Hi, I know folic acid is recommended, I stuck to the pregnacare vitamins because my clinic recommended them as covering what I’d need. I’ve heard a lot of good things about zinc and B12 for certain stages during IVF so worth asking your clinic if you want to make sure but sounds like you’re doing everything right.

Hi, I would recommend either wild nutrition or cytoplan's pregnancy supplements as they are pure food grown and not synthetic like pregnacare. We need folate, not folic acid. Folate is the bioavailable form of folic acid <3

Try garden of life prenatals- they are clean and organic! Everyone I recommend this too loves it- much better than pregnacare if you prefer things more cleaner. I got pregnant on it right away! Started taking in 2 to 3 months before trying! It’s also nice to know what is going in your body.

I agree with nadinenads - wild nutrition is pure food grown weather than synthetic. I would also recommend the omega 3 which is recommended for ivf and pregnancy as well as a ubiquinol.
