So today, despite being unusually late, AF appeared. I rang our clinic to let them know and we go in tomorrow for our implications meeting and to collect medication. It's all become very really and all of a sudden very scary! I am prepping my body in so many ways, namely pomme juice, acupunture and mediation but has anyone got another tips that will keep me fully relaxed and will help?

Have you found the Mindful IVF app yet? I found it really really helpful through the whole of the build up and stimms process. Listened to it at night before bed and it just calmed me down and helped me to feel positive about it all.
My acupuncture really helped to calm me anxiety too.
Thank you so much. Yeah that's the app I am using, I have done the prep ten but will defo listen to the rest. I find it hard to concentrate because my mind wonders so much but i do feel so relaxed. Good luck to you as well xxx
I normally drink between 100ml and 200ml in the morning. If you do 100ml and then up to 200ml around the egg collection and embryo transfer date or around ovulation then it hopefully will help xxx
Hi, I started my overleap(hormone stimulator) injection 10 days ago for my ICSI treatment. I find running, other cardio and massage help. Also, I have eaten a lot of fruits and vegetables. I avoid junk food. So far, I don't have any side effect at all. Hope this help!
