We have one frozen embryo (Grade 5AA), following our first unsuccessful self-funded attempt at IVF/ICSI in August 2017 and are about to have start a natural FET protocol.
Any tips and hints for this next stage of our journey would be most appreciated. Thank you all.

You could try acupuncture. You could also try having pineapple for 5 days post transfer (slice whole pineapple into 5 and have one slice per day including core), 3 Brazil nuts per day after transfer and pomegranate juice. Keep feet warm. Wishing you lots of luck Xxx
Thank you Freda, I've been off refined sugar for almost 6 years now - that has been brilliant and contributed to weight loss of 14kg, amongst other benefits. I also don't eat chocolate (unless home made and without refined sugar) and don't drink regular tea or coffee. I'm a big fan of alkaline-based diet based on the Honestly Healthy approach.
Dear Freda, thank you for your advice - much appreciated. I've had my first scan yesterday, back for a scan on D12. Taking it easy... and, yes, I've been having acupuncture for a few months now too and eating well.
I will follow this post if you don't mind. We are having an FET January and any advice you are given may be helpful to us. I hope that's ok. Thank you.
Acupuncture on day of transfer (preferably just before and just after). Also reflexology or self reflexology leading up to transfer helped me. Most importantly lots of lovely walks with OH/friends. Just try to relax
Thank you Hannah -I shall take your advice. I've had acupuncture on the day of transfer previously (before and after) and plan to have it again during FET. I enjoy walking daily and look forward to going and walking the nearby hills tomorrow, weather permitting! Thank you.
