Should I insert a progesterone capsule the morning of embryo transfer?

I asked and they said to but I wasn’t in till 11, I just wore a panty liner and went to loo and check before I went in,

My clinic said not to insert the progesterone and to wait till after transfer - guess every clinic is different x

Thanks all, I have to leave before they've phoned me first thing as it's a long way so I think I'll just do it as that seems to be the majority x

Mine said with cyclogest to do it rectally to avoid the prblem bit that only works if you can do your progesterone rectally. x

The clinic should give you exact timings on when to include a progesterone pessarie in relation to your transfer.

Don't worry they give everything a good clean before transfer.
