Progesterone time gap

Hi ladies, it is only me or with everyone to forget to use progesterone on exact time. I forget most of the time due to work timetable.

Will that be okey if i use it after an hour gap? Or should be exactly same time am/pm everyday ??

Hi Shannon. An hour won't hurt, but do your best to keep 12 hours apart if you can. Good luck! Diane

Or do you mean only an hours gap between doses?

I mean if i use it by 7am in the morning, do i need to use another one exactly at sametime at 7pm in the evening?

That's what you should ideally do, yes.

I think that's the ideal, but not always possible, as you have to sit/lay for 20-30 mins after. Just try to keep the 12 hour gap but a slight delay shouldn't be that detrimental.
