Brown spotting / pink blood 10dp5dt

Hi all

I am going out my mind here so perhaps someone can share their wonderful wisdom. 9dp5dt I had really light brown spotting. Almost like mucus/brown - old blood i assume. Which then followed by severe period pain. This morning i for sure thought my liner was going to be full of blood but i literally had a spot. But when I wiped - again brown mucus/old blood but much more than before. And when I pee'd there was light pink blood. Am I expecting a period. Has it all failed? I tested on 8dp5dt and it was negative and I accepted it failed. Now this - and when I read about it, the views are mixed. Some say implantation, some say AF is on way. Its just raised my hopes again...

Hey I was the same and got a bfp. Have you tried testing with first responce? When is your OTD? Xx

I tested 3dp5dt and got a bfp, 6dp5dt bfn and convinced it failed but then bfp at 7 days and spotting at 8 or 9 days Which lasted until I was about 7 weeks. Just remember that everyone is different and it's really impossible to compare, even though I know that it's super hard not to!

Brown blood is old blood and pregnancy can do funny things to your body, I was super worried with my spotting but the scan showed no issues and the nurse said pregnancy can get into all your nooks and crannies and have a little clear out. I had a day when I had what even looked red after my bfp.

My advise would be to wait until your test day, you can drive yourself nuts by keep testing and get yourself in a state by the results. I tested early on my bfp and had the horrible trauma of watching it change to a negative, I woudo have rather have not put myself through that and waited until my OTD. There is nothing you can do to change the outcome so you might aswell try and stay a little sane.

Heyy...the bleeding got heavier. I knew it was all over for me. But tested today anyway - it was negative. xx

I'm sorry to hear that this time didn't work out for you. Don't loose faith if you have the opportunity to go private as every round is different xxxx
