Clinic moan

So after explaining on Monday to the clinic that I've been having headaches since Friday - all day each day except when I take painkillers and being told to reduce Progynova to 2 a day until today to see if that helped, I contacted the clinic this am to tell them my head still feels like I'm being stabbed with knitting needles every two seconds and they emailed me a prescription for patches and sent it through the post. I phoned around to check pharmacies to find one that has them and set off in the pouring rain on a big detour after work to get them. No they said - we need the original which won't come through the post until after I've left for work tomorrow. Spoke to Asda and they say I could have got my clinic to fax it to them as long as they promised by phone to send it through the post. Surely the clinic must know you can't get prescriptions without the original copy and could have been a bit more helpful? They seem to be getting more and more disorganised as we go along and I feel like I'm having to prompt at every stage. I'm probably getting on their nerves - they are definitely getting on mine!! I hope that blooming prescription comes tomorrow so OH can get it for me and these headaches can stop! Grr!!

Thinking of you and hope things improve. You are staying hydrated? Personally, I'm missing white wine. I've even brought decaf tea.

Ah thank you! Yes I'm trying but this isn't normal dehydration at all. Hoping the patches will sort it. I'm going to be walking on air when these headaches go! Can't wait! Ooh I miss red wine, prosecco, coffee and tea. Been drinking red bush tea. It's quite nice but it's not coffee! After all this I'm gonna have such a binge on all the things I'm not supposed to have - obviously hoping that will be some time away! Xx
