Feeling uncertain

Hi folks,

I'm feeling a bit uncertain/worried. We have an appointment tomorrow to discuss a fourth cycle of ICSI. We've had 3 failed fresh cycles, no frozen over the last year. Initially had thought the 3rd would be the last but OH counts were better so decided to try again.

But... feeling a bit scared about it all and don't know if we are kidding ourselves.

I feel exactly the same Hun, we had our 4th failure last month and we're still undecided whether to put ourselves through it again. We're waiting for a follow up but worried we won't be any clearer after that appointment 😳

I hope your appointment goes well and you feel more confident about giving it another go xx

We just aren't willing to accept the alternative yet. Going for a different clinic this time and fully private so will see how it goes and what they say.

Hey, I'm feeling exactly the same. I'm seeing my consultant tomorrow to discuss starting my 4th cycle of IVF - 3rd FET. The last few days especially I've felt my anxiety rising knowing I'm going to be putting myself through all of this again. Good luck for tomorrow x

Last cycle I found it really hard to get the right balance of being positive and keeping my hopes in check - don't want to be negative about it but so hard to get your hopes up when it's been a BFN each time before.

I know what you mean, I felt last time my mood was everywhere and my poor hubby took the brunt of it!
