I was given 12 days worth of norithisterone on day 21 of my period to delay it to fall in line with the clinic required timetable. I stopped taking it on Thursday last week and was supposed to get my period 2-3 days later. I know it's only day 4 but there is no sign of it yet. I am due to have a scan on Thursday and start stimming injections. If my period doesn't come before then then I miss this cycle and have to wait a month so having a mini meltdown. Has anyone got any experience of taking these tablets? xx
Hi Jacs0008. Try not to worry too much, for even if it is delayed, you should still carry on with this cycle. Why not just give the clinic a ring and see what they advise? Hope the treatment cycle continues. Diane
They have already told me I have to miss this cycle and start again next month due to staff holidays x

Hi Jacs0008. That's what I was scared about! Unfortunately, most clinics wind down during July/August due to the large amount of staff taking their main annual leave. So upsetting for you, but try and keep positive, just a horrible "blip". Thinking of you. Diane
Thanks Diane. Yes it's frustrating when you've only got 9 months funding that you lose one down to things out of your control. I've got till Wednesday for my period to arrive before it's game over for this month so everything crossed. X
