Just wondering how long ppl had a bleed for after a failed fresh ivf process?
I got a BFN Friday, so didn't use the pesseries from Thursday evening, started spotting on Saturday then full on really heavy bleed sunday-wednesday, then from then I have a brownish bleed, like the end of a period, but doesn't actually seem to be an end in sight!
My normal period only last 5 days max, just wondering other people's experiences?? Xx

Hi jojo, sorry to hear about your bfn, my periods after a failed ivf are heavier and one has lasted a normal amount of time and the other one was heavier and longer. Hopefully we will both get our bfp soon, good luck xx
Thank u. Good luck to u too, fingers crossed for us. Do u have another round planned? Xx
Hi jojo my first period lasted a full 7 days! The second one was only 3 days and im on my next one now. I think it does throw your periods off a bit whilst things settle down again. I usually find its by the 3rd period i start having regular cycles xx
Sorry Jojo for failed cycle, my first period was heavier with clots and lasted about 9days.I'm still waiting for the second one but it 3days late now, hope you will get a bfp on your second cycle.
Thank u Glassway, the nurse I spoke to last Friday said my next proper period may b late as my body adjusts itself back to normal.
These r the things were not told before hand about if it fails and what the bleed is like after, reading these comments makes me feel a bit better and a bit more "normal" xx
I had a chemical pregnancy at the beginning of April!! I stopped the pessaries but had no bleeding!! Still waiting for period to arrive!!! Bet you it comes tomorrow when we’re at a wedding 🙈 xx
I bled whilst still on the pessaries before my otd both times and it was heavier, unsurprising really when you think your lining was built up to artificially high levels.
