Is decaf ok?

Hi everyone just a bit of advice needed really, so I was drinking prob 7/8 cups of tea and coffee with milk and 1 sugar a day I've changed to decaf tea and coffee Is this ok hoping to start ivf in couple of months xx

Hello! Yes that's fine, I was drinking around the same, and my clinic asked me to cut down by half, I'm now on two cups a day, I still need my hit!! If you've cut it out completely I take my hat off to you!!! Xx

Hey Hun, decaf is fine

I have been drinking decaf since before Christmas while preparing to start IVF. I did treat myself to one proper coffee each morning and have continued to do so since getting my BFP.

I found quitting caffeine cold turkey gave me horrible headaches and you are allowed 1-2 cups a day so I thought 1 was fine just in case you need that boost in the morning !

Hi decaf is fine, just caffeine to watch out for as it's in coke & chocolate also. I've been on decaf since October, currently 8weeks through icsi, not had any problems x

I'm also a decaf convert, trying to trick my body into thinking it's getting caffeine.

I love herbal teas now. Mint, lemon and ginger, vanilla rooiboos all very nice substitutes.

As for coffee Costa servers think I'm nuts asking for a skinny, sugar free vanilla, decaf latte. it's coffee with no fun in at all!

Good to know, im just changing Decaf. I only drink tea so it be easier I hope, I still had my morning cuppa this morning,

Hi I've changed to de caff hardly notice the difference, and on the weekend I might have two Pepsi Max's but I limit it. I went from redbull pop constantly and normal tea and now to de caff no redbull and only pop on a weekend with a meal xx
