Trigger tonight!

Hi everyone,

I haven't posted on here for ages but I do reply to a few of you when I have something useful to offer! I had my 10th day of stims last night and trigger tonight!

I can't believe how quick my ivf treatment came up once we got going, after a long battle with tests and fsh levels, I somehow got my fsh down from it's crazy 22.5 to below 9 for nhs funding and I was started on short protocol within 2 weeks!

My first and only follicle scan yesterday said I'm ready to trigger and I have 11 follicles, 7 at 20mm ish, 1 at 14mm, 1 at 10mm and 3 below 10. I totally know that they might not all have eggs in, but for someone with very low amh and someone who was told I'd be unlikely to respond even to the highest dose stims, I feel pretty positive. Now I'm actually even worried that my follicles are too big, as in the egg will be no good in there another day down the line, but hopefully that's just typical ivf worry 😂

Egg collection booked for 8am Monday and to say I'm excited is an understatement.

Hey Mrs I been following your journey on instagram but am not very good at instagram to be honest 😆😆this is fab by wow that's lots of follicles☺☺hopefully that means lots of eggreat to follow. Good luck for Monday and at least it's first thing..egg collection is a breeze..I never feel a thing and wake up waiting for the consultant with desperation to tell me how many eggs. .sure you will be grand..you have done everything you can up to this point. .be thinking of you Monday xxxxxx

Hey Orla9298 thats great news you have a good number of follies. Im at a similar stage to you and had my trigger last night with egg collection tommorrow. It all seems to be happening so fast now doesnt it:))) Hopefully we'll be in the crazy 2ww together. Wishing you the best cycle buddy xxx
