Baby aspirin

So I had my transfer done today. But I forgot to ask about baby aspirin, I know I took it last time but I can’t remember how often or if it’s ok to start today.

I’ve called my clinic but as it’s the weekend their reception is closed and the answer phone message only gives a number in case of an emergency.

Any advice which might jog my memory would be great

I took aspirin on the day of my transfer and continued to take 1 tablet daily as advised by my clinic. Good luck for the tww xx

I'm on 1 baby aspirin per day, 75mg. Hope that helps & best of luck!xx

Do you take that every day or just during a certain part of your cycle? Xxx

Usually start it the month before a cycle and keep going! It's to keep blood flow to the uterus.xx

Hiya. I took baby asprin on my first successful cycle (ended in mc at 6.5 weeks) and was berated by the consultant at my follow up apt (another top doc told me to do it) id say check with your hospital before doing anything. My clinic are of the mind that unless you have clotting issues you shouldnt take thinners but I know some clinics tell patients to take it as a matter of course. Good luck xx

Thanks Ang. I’ll I’ve them a call tomorrow. I spoke to them about it last time and they said go for it but completely forgot this time. I ended up developing preeclampsia with my little boy
