I am currently in my 2ww and have had 3 migraines in 7 days. Their severity have woken me up during the night with pain. Could it be the Cyclogest? I am also taking prednisolone and thyroxine every day. Help!

Persistent Migraines - Cyclogest?
Hey hon
Horrid aren't they, try fresh ginger and lemon with honey in hot water, ginger is a natural pain killer, even smelling it can help a little😃
Have you suffered with them before ? I've just started my pessaries after egg collection and seen on the instructions I should mention to a doctor if I've suffered from migraines so I'm now expecting to get some as I often do 😢
yes my doctor advised that one of the side effects is headaches and if you are a migraine sufferer they are likely to be migraines instead. Joy! All the best with your treatment x
Hi raegrace. A common side effect of Cyclogest is headache. However, it is always important to report to your GP any persistent migraine type of headache for reassurance. Cyclogest does not interact with prednisolone or thyroxine medication. Hope all soon settles. Diane
