Hi Ladies,
I am in my 2WW and taking cyclogest as part of my treatment. During this hot weather they are practically melting wherever I try to store them.
May I ask what are others doing to stop this happening?
Thanks Xx

I was told to put them in the fridge for 10-15 mins before using them. Good luck xx
Great thanks, I was worried that the fridge might 'ruin' the active ingredients.
The pharmacist told me to keep them in the fridge in the hot weather. xxx
Great thanks. Useful to know.
TMI I know but they are difficult to use soft (I almost said hard to use soft but that's an oxymoron!)
Haha
Yeah they are annoying enough to use anyway without them melting!
Thanks for your suggestion.
Wishing you best on your journey Xx
Best wishes for your tww 🤞🏼
I am obsessed with keeping my meds cool in the heat 🙈! I keep them in a drawer in our spare room and keep the blinds closed during the day when its really sunny. During the last 3 days because of the really high temps I've also been putting ice packs inside the drawer to keep the temp down a bit. Has worked a treat and I've had no issues with my cyclogest.
Mine have been in a drawer in the coolest room but still melting.
Try popping an ice pack in the drawer to bring the temp down, I have a thermometer in there and it hasnt gone over 25. This worked for me and I just made sure that the ice pack wasnt too close to the medication. Someone also suggested to me to store my meds in a cool box and keep that in the wardrobe.
Thanks.
Wishing you best on your journey Xx
Thank you. Wishing you all the best with your 2ww and hope you get your cyclogest issue sorted x
FET was Thurs 18th. Sadly I bled on Wednesday so preparing myself for the worst....
I'm really sorry to hear that, you must me really disappointed at this stage. Good to be prepared for the result but my clinic always said its still important to test as you never know even if you've had a bleed x
Thanks for your thoughtful words. The clinic said to me today that it could be an implantation bleed. 🤞 Xx
Got my fingers crossed for you 🤞🌈xx
