Basically I go horse riding every other week for an hour and I know I can't do that once I've had my transfer, I wouldn't risk it but is there any risk while I'm growing the follicles? I just feel so miserable and bloated, I'd like to go if I can but if it'll damage or risk anything I'd rather not. I've searched the internet but everyone only gives advice for after the transfer, not while you're on the drugs before the transfer. Help?

On Gonal F and Cetrotide to grow my follicles, can I exercise still?
When I went to a information evening the consultant told us all that you can still do everything you normally do. Her exact words were "they won't fall out". If in doubt ask xx
I'm on the same drugs and was told I would need to avoid swimming and heavy exercise like in the gym. I walk everyday. Not sure that helps! Xx
My clinic said your normal exercise regime was fine during stimulating phase. They said to take it easy after EC and ET just gentle exercise and no hoovering, ironing or new exercise.
If you regularly ride it'll be fine.
I was on the same products and still went out walking everyday. I know this is not the same as horse riding but I think you should just go with what your body is telling you and if you are comfortable enough to do it then why not. I became very uncomfortable and felt like a house end so for me the idea of riding a horse just would not have been appealing. Once at the EC and transfer stage I would relax and take it easy.
Thank you DC I appreciate the advice. I've decided to give it a miss as this afternoon just come over really unconfortable and with this pressure in my stomach that makes me feel queasy if I move so I guess this is nature's way of answering my question lol. Thank you for your help xx
