Hi there, i read the Zita West book and she recommends Omega 3. I take her vitamin DHA which you can get on Amazon 😊 Along with folic acid, Vit D & B! I'm like a walking vitamin! Haha! Xx

I take MorDHA prenatal omega-3. This particular brand was recommended to me by someone who had suffered recurrent mc and then went on to have a baby when she took this. She had heard someone interviewed on the radio I think about fertility and miscarriage and this was the brand that was mentioned. However, I did not take it with the meds during IVF as the pharmacist and clinic advised me not to, so check with your clinic if it's OK to take.

There should be enough vitamin b and d in the Pregnacare, this is what I took as well.

Yes I am sure the pregnacare has the vitamins in you need, I was just given a long supply of folic acid from my GP so I added the Vit D & B to it. The omega 3 is the DHA from Zita West. I don't know of any other brands and because Zita West is all about fertility I just got hers as I trusted them. It gets overwhelming what you should and shouldn't take. Myself and my fiancé have started on healthy fruit & veg smoothies too and eating well. We add linseed and chia seed to the smoothies as an extra healthy option! Haha! Xxx

Avocado with scrambled egg on soda bread with a little Tabasco is pretty good! I've seen various recipes for chocolate cake that involves avocado too, may be worth trying!
