Hi, just started the stimm phase of our second icsi cycle and looking at trying acupuncture after reading so many good things about it. I'm naturally sceptical but it cant hurt right?!?
Does anyone have any acupuncture advice or used a good acupuncturist in the newcastle area they would recommend?

I had acupuncture during my cycle. I have no idea whether it influenced the outcome (which was positive) but like you say it certainly didn't do any harm! I actually found I really enjoyed it. It was very relaxing and I often fell asleep during my session so, if nothing else I felt I benefited from that. I also felt like I was taking a bit of control of the situation and doing as much as I could to get a positive result!
I can't recommend anyone in Mewcastle but what I would say is make sure he person is registered, experiences and if possible specialises in fertility acupuncture.
