I’ve just started, currently for natural cycles of ttc, but I can not afford to go weekly, would before and after ovulation be beneficial ?x

My lady says if you can’t manage weekly then a pre ovulation one to help stimulate and a post ovulation to help implantation is fine x

I did conceive twice naturally when i was on all the crazy supplements and doing regular reflexology and acupuncture. But none stuck.

Personally I think the reflexology was more worthwhile as i was doing acupuncture for a year to no avail and when I added frequent reflexology i fell pregnant twice. Its also more relaxing. My woman was a fertility specialist reflexologist. X

This is the first time I’m actually stop moping around about not conceiving and doing something about it.. I will give this a go for a few months of no gold then try reflexology xx

I am having weekly acupuncture and she has given me some astragalus herbs to have daily. (Approx £20 A month's supply)

I have only had one FET which sadly didn't take.

I started five months before, my first fresh transfer was a failure. I’ve ramped up lots of supplements but my diet isn’t the best I am an emotional binge eater. So who knows. So many variables. Good luck lovely. X x

I am not having ivf yet, still trying naturally, has it helped with your periods? mine are very light and dark at moment, she said it is something to do with my ovaries and the blood flow and I have night sweats so al symptoms make sense apparently...

I have been having acupuncture for three weeks and taken supplements, normally my period doesn’t properly start for three to four days but for the first time in a long time I have a free flowing period however on the down side I have never felt so ill with my period. The pain has now eased but I just keep throwing up and feel like I have sea sickness. My therapist has said that sometimes with Chinese medicine it get worse before it gets better for people with chronic Qi and blood stagnation. I really do believe this but I don’t know how much longer I can take feeling like this x

She said it should sort my periods out as very light and short I was due yesterday but no sign yet so no idea what’s going on. X
