How long till Buserelin side effects kick in?

I'm due to go on a 6 hour drive the same day I start my Buserelin injections. Does anyone know if I'll get side effects already on day 1, or will I be ok for a couple of days? (Just want to prepare myself if it's going to make the car journey difficult).

I didn't get any major side effects from Buserelin either other than when I was bleeding but that's more down to my endo than the spray imo. I do a lot of driving and haven't had to change that at all.

That said, you're better being prepared for the just incase for a 6 hour drive so if possible why not plan possible stopping points along your route and just take care to listen to your body and stop if you feel the need to rest.

Both times I had major migraines on buserelin, which started about 2 days into the injections, and I ended up in bed for about 4 days last time around.
