My ivf hasn't worked, absolutely gutted my amh too low to stimulate and with only one ovary working this was my chance to see if I had any hope and I don't feel so horrible. Time to take a break emotions are all over the place, u know they get you prepared for taking the drugs but not how u will feel throughout xx

I am the same. Got 3 eggs at retrieval but they didn't fertilise. Was on the highest dose for 3 wks. Been told there will be review meeting then we will get an apt to discuss options. My partners thinks we will get second cycle but I don't. Don't even think I could go through it again. It wasn't the injections that put me off it the emotional roller coaster.

Hi. I'm so sorry your cycle failed. My first cycle failed too. I was on the highest stimulating drug also. My two eggs did fertilise but didn't latch on. It wasn't the injections or scans that were difficult for me either. It was the emotional side that I couldn't handle. You have to try to carry on with normal life but it's so hard. We are going for it again in March next year but really not looking forward to the emotional rollercoaster again.

I am so sorry its not worked, we know how you feel - totally heartbroken I'm sure. I found the emotional roller coaster far harder than the injections & treatment. We're awaiting a review appointment to discuss our last options. Allow yourself some time to grieve. You could consider egg donation, that's something we are looking to discuss with the clinic. Hi Polly - so sorry for you. Really feeling for you. For the emtional support, you could see a fertility counsellor, they will help you come to terms with where you are at, and perhaps work through with you the options for the chices that you could do next and work out what is best for you. xx
