Hey Pauleenka, did the consultant mention the location of the scar tissue that he spoke of and if he thinks that it is what is stopping implantation in your uterus? From what you have written you have said that you have scar tissue on your cervix which I do too from having cold coagulation but so long as this isnt preventing them putting back embryos (stenosis, narrowing of the cervical canal) it shouldnt be a problem as far as Im aware as lots of ladies on here have had treatment similar and it hasnt stopped them from getting pregnant.xx
Well, my scar tissues are a little lower to the opening where the fallopian tubes attach the uterus. Another around mid-section in the front wall. Not sure if that can be helped for as far as I've studies online over all these years and which is quite much the blast implants around that area only. But would love to know if you've managed to get pregnant with the scar tissue on the cervix? I hope you don't mind my curiosity. You can understand that any hope seems good when there's none I could find presently. We've been back to the basic TTC after the last IVF failed... if others happened to succeed with scar tissues. Even if the location differs this could mean I could prod more to look for ways that might somehow be relevant to my case. We don't have the funds for surrogacy yet and if we try for another year maybe we can try a gestational round somewhere in a cheaper country.
Hey, no I havent managed pregnancy but the scar tissue I was referring to was outside of the uterus around the entrance to the cervix which can sometimes cause issues when passing the catheter. Im not sure if you have heard of this proceedure (hysteroscopy with deep implantation cuts) and I had a fair bit of scar tissue removed in my uterus.....there are a few ladies on here that have had it ( baby2016 most recently) I know of a few ladies that have tried it and also the supplement called serrapeptase which is supposed to help reduce scar tissue. I'll send you a link in a PM.xx
Oh sorry to poke the question then. I hope you succeed to get pregnant soon enough... I'll pray you do. I think I've heard about the implantation cuts, it helps in scooping for the embie to get embedded right? The clinic tried that over my third round FET but it wasn't any help so far. I didn't hear about the cervix stenosis treatment but only checked after I read yesterday. In my case, the scar seems to interfere but then there's no pattern identified to be able to rule-out or plan to rule it out... mostly because the assisted implantation failed. It's, in fact, a bit odd that I happen to get pregnant though only for a small period but with the scoop it was a BFN. No clue why. Did the doc mention anything that might help you? It's not really relevant in my case since you mentioned your scar is in cervix perhaps I'm just looking for success stories with scars to find inspiration. Hope you understand!
Hi hunny, where is the scar tissue? I had one done november, i had adhesions from endometriosis and slow tubes because of scaring, probably from an old infection or my emergency c sec. gynae referred us straight to the fertillty clinic, but i know they are going to suggest ivf which is not an option nor do i really want to go down that path.
So, i researched ( i research EVERYTHING! ), and found lots of info on serrapaptase and castor oil packs. They break down dead tissue in the body and get the blood flowing. Ive been doing it 3 weeks. Ive seen tissue in my pee and noticed yesterday that my sinusβs are clearer than theyve ever been! I suffer from chronic sinistus which its also good for. Im due on my period monday, and it will probably show up but it gives me some hope now that i know its clearing the tissue.
Hi hunni.Im not even sure as I was so upset so wasn't listening to everything what he was saying to me.Just wanted to go home!π this castor oil packs sound really good !I think I need to get it as well and give it a try.Do you have a pic of the one that you are using please?I do hope it will work for both of us xxxx
Is so worth a try, what do we have to lose plus it makes me feel like im actively helping myself as im so sick of being on this journey π. And like i said, it is definately getting rid of some tissue because i can clearly see it! A castor oil pack you put together yourself. You will need castor oil (obvs lol), hard to find i found i got mine from holland and barret and its the pukka one. You can get online but i didnt want to wait until delivery i just wanted to get started. Next you need a cotton cloth or a flannel, make sure they are white so the dye doesnt run. Soak the cloth in castor oil until it is all saturated then lay it over your uterus area. Put some plastic over the top, i use an opened up sandwhich bag, and then you need heat, i use a hot water bottle. Then just put a towel over you and relax for an hour. It feels lovely. You do it after your period untill ovulation every other day or 4 to 5 times a week. There are lots of youtube videos too with women showing you how to do one. X
Yay do it! I got my serrapatase from there too, though ive ordered my second bottle from ebay as its a fraction of what h and b charge. I read people have used these packs for centuries to get things moving in there, you can even use them to cleanse your liver. We WILL get pregnant π€πΌ! Let me know how you get on x
Hi, can you share more about this serrapatase? First time hearing about this and it sounds interesting. I have scar tissues in my remaining tube. Thanks!
If you find some answers to it please share it with me as well. I have had even failed attempt at IVF more than once. Though I have a history of PCOS that's been cured long back or so I thought and somehow I believed it was the cause. But the doc thought otherwise and checked for scar tissues that might be the result of my lap over endo. we've given up the hope to be helped by IVF. Back to the basic TTC with a bit of optimism that it will happen if it's meant to till we sort through things. Well, my doc says my scar tissues preventing implantation possibly and so the outcome suggests. I did have chemicals a couple of times over the whole course.... only 2 of them being confirmed though by beta shortly after but it feel it was 4 or 5 one being in early natural TTC.
It sounds like Ashermans. I was diagniosed 3 weeks ago. They couldn't do my hysteroscopy as couldn't get in my cervix was closed when he did manage to get in it was really bad and couldn't get into my uterus. I'm now infertile, which doesn't bother me too much. He told me he couldn't fix it and didnt think anybody else would do it
