Vitamins in 2nd trimester

Hello all just wondering what vitamins everyone takes in the second trimester for the first I’ve been on folic acid and vitamin d recommended by fertility clinic just wondering do I just continue them or add or change ?? Thankyou x

I was on this and the midwife gave me a wee box of multivitamins too so added those. Bloods at about 22 weeks showed low iron so that was added then as well. There’s so many vitamins you can take though not they are costly! Xx

At the moment I’m taking the pregnacare vitamin, vitamin D and omega 3 xx

I’m going with the book it starts with the bump advice. It varies depending on your normal diet but multivitamin as standard with a few optional like omega 3, choline, calcium depending on whether you eat eggs, fish, meat, dairy. Some prefer not to supplement and I think that’s fine too as long as you have vit d. I think folic acid is until 12 weeks
