Forgetting progesterone at 9w

Hi all

Hoping you can put my mind at rest. I forgot to take my progesterone pessary at lunchtime today and only just did it. I'll still get the same dose today but obviously at different times. How much of a problem is it to miss a dose at this stage? I'm stressing out about it now 😬

Thanks!

I did this at your stage - I went to work without taking it in the morning and missed a dose....

I am 27 weeks now - I was told 1 dose didn't matter as you may have enough anyway at 9 weeks....

No harm to ask your midwife though to ease your worry.

Thank you. Will just try to be on it again with the drugs from now on. Christmas is going to be hard when all your routines go out the window!
