Bleeding today - 7 week scan tomorrow

I am looking for some help or advice or personal experiences...

I am 7 weeks tomorrow and have my scan planned for tomorrow as well. I had an hour in the morning today where i had more than a few drops of bright red blood and then a watery discharge (sorry for TMI...) . I am worried this is already the end of the road for me. 😭😩

Any help to keep my sanity... has anyone had a positive outcome after bleeding in the 6-7 weeks timeframe.

Hey, I had a bit of bleeding (red) at 6 weeks and a bit of bleeding at 7 weeks, and so far still going ok at 20 weeks. It can be ok! Hope your scan goes well tomorrow xxx

It’s worrying and you don’t really know till you see everything’s ok really but most bleeds turn out to be just fine 💗. I had a red bleed at 12wks couldn’t find out why and everything was ok. Good luck tomorrow 🤗xx

Thanks a lot. It is pretty concerning and i am also worried if my progestrone is enough? Did you check on any specific questions with your doctor to prevent future bleeds?

We just went through could of been that I was trying to taper off progesterone but they said no. I actually stayed on progesterone because I was under the preterm team for another reason. I had another very light pink bleed at 16wks which quickly turned to brown spotting for about a week.

Sometimes there’s just no answer to it. I now almost 32wks and currently sat here watching her stick her bum out under my ribs lol xx

so good to hear a positive outcome. Thanks a lot for sharing your experience. Good to hear your daughter is doing well and is troubling you already 😂

Yes I started bleeding at 6 weeks and have an ongoing pregnancy. I had a large gush caused by a subchoreonic haematoma which is very common. This bleeding has continued but the progesterone is doing what it’s meant to and 🤞so far so good. After scan my dose was upped to 4x200mg pessaries per day. Good luck

Thanks a bunch. Just saw this reply right before I was called in for the scan. So could not reply. Scan is done. Saw the little pea and also a heartbeat which placed the bay at 7 weeks exact. So happy at this point.
