Progesterone pessaries- vaginal

Hello, how to measure progesterone level if taken vaginally as its hard to check from blood tests. How to know if its low or high or good.

Im in 2 ww and on transfer day was optimal but 3 days after transfere I drawn bloods and dropped a bit.

I dont how acurate is the blood test in this case.

I was told at the clinic that they don't even monitor the progesterone levens as they vary a lot during the day, so... Don't worry ❤
