I started almost a year ago with this diagnosis, unfortunately. I had biopsies in February to confirm cirrhosis.

Since then I dropped 40 pounds, changed to low carb, walk a lot, drink coffee, take asparagus extract, milk thistle, vitamin e. Collagen, and Actos. Was hoping for lower number, but progress is progress! Down to NASH 3 and 33% of my liver. Not sure what the numbers on the right mean?? I weigh 125 now, not sure I could lose anymore??

Hi New

That is very nice progress. Remember it took a couple of decades to get you up there and a couple of years to bring it down is reasonable. I started at 21 got down to 10 after 2 years. Your weight is probably good, just stay the course. The numbers on the right are quality measures of the test, those are good values.
