Finally got a fibroscan

Earlier in February I got a liver fast test done and it said F0,A0, S1 and happy to report that I got a Fibroscan last week and my results were CAP 200 and KPA 5.6. I have had elevatedish enzymes for a few years and just neglected my health.

I have only been dieting and excersing for about 6 months. 290 down to 250. I got about 20 to 30 more lbs to lose before I'll feel comfortable ( I'm tall) but it's great that what I did worked.

I don't think I would have been able to keep this up without reading the advice here and reading g everyone's stories here.

congratulations those are good numbers and confirm the LIVERFASt. Not easy but you have improved your situation a lot. Good luck going forward. Just remember to stay with the lifestyle that brought you back.Wayne
