No climix after ADT

Had radiation, seed and ADT hormone therapy 3 month ago. Trimix works well for ED but can't achieve climax anymore. PSA level 0 testosterone 8 after 6 month hormone therapy. Libido after ADT just about 0. What can I expect. Is there any recovery possible?

I also use Trimix and had the same problem, great erection no climax. My Uro suggested getting a cock ring. I bought a leather one with snaps. I put it around my penis and behind my balls. Get it as tight as possible before injecting. I cum now every time we have sex. The difference is definitely the cock ring.

Yes! Recovery is possible. I wouldn't know how to restore orgasmic capability, but I suspect it may be more of a psychological issue than physical. Sorry you're experiencing the emotional burden of no erections outside of Trimix.

That libido of yours, because of the relentlessness of erectile failure and the persistence of very low T after ADT ended, is having a terribly difficult time waking up. Yes, it's been put to sleep during ADT, and is still in slumber.

You must wake it up! How? For one thing, "tell" your libido that it does not wholly depend on T -- there is your emotions and psychology, and there is blood flow. Tell your sleepy libido that now there are simple, inexpensive new

devices -- Giddy and Xialla -- that will put that blood flow up there where you want it, and outward blood flow is inhibited. You have an erection that is natural, and will last long enough to feel satisfying even with no orgasm. You can get into the art of edging, where you let go of a rush to orgasm deliverately, and can enjoy the joys of more prolonged stimulation. I don't worry about infrequent orgasms; Flomax messed with those.

But I'm definitely valuing getting the erections, with or without the big O. And both these devices are fairly innocuous in appearance.

That's my advice.

Got Device?

From my first injection, I noticed when I had sex it would take me longer to ejaculate. To me, it was a blessing as I'm multi-orgasmic and into semen retention. I don't miss the sleepy foggy feeling after ejaculating while having sex. I love the energy build-up, increased will power, more positivity, and less depression. And the most wonderful benefit I found is that I can have multiple non-ejaculatory orgasms as I enjoy whole-body orgasms that last for several minutes.

Wow. I want what you're having. Do you practice the fine art of edging? Were you just naturally multi, or did you build up the skill?

Do tell.

You actually defined edging pretty well with your description already, so technically, my question must have come from the dept of redundancy dept.

No worries! LOL. Yes, I did a lot of edging and PC exercises to build myself up.
